Reporting a problem
Including these details makes a fix much faster:
- Which extension, and its version number (shown in the extension popup or on its details page).
- What you expected to see, and what appeared instead.
- Any error text from the browser console, opened with F12 → Console.
Please avoid sending screenshots containing full Student IDs, marks, or attendance records unless they're needed — a description of the problem is usually enough.
Common questions
Marks Entry — "Could not read cell data." Make sure the Google Sheet tab is open and fully loaded in the same browser before clicking Fill Marks Now.
Marks Entry — mismatch warning. If 50%+ of Student IDs don't match, double-check you've selected the right sheet tab and the right Course & Section in ERP.
Schedule Tracker — "No attendance data." Open the Attendance History tab on the portal and wait for the table to load, then reopen the dashboard.
Schedule Tracker — a day shows zero hours. The punch-in and punch-out are recorded as the same time — the dashboard flags this so you can ask HR to correct it.
